YONKERS, NY — This weekend is your chance to get a bird's-eye view of racing history and the signature salmon oreganata. Empire City Casino by MGM Resorts announced that the landmark Yonkers Raceway's trackside restaurant, Empire Terrace, is preparing for a special evening of racing events this Friday, from 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. The company said racing aficionados will be able to enjoy a VIP-worthy "Night at the Races" and bear witness to the first leg of the Trotting Triple Crown, as well as the opening leg of the Pacing Triple Crown with the Yonkers Trot and MGM Grand Messenger Stakes events taking place at Yonkers Raceway.
